Martha's guacamole

- 3 lg avocados peeled, and pit removed
- 1/4 onion minced
- 1 jalapeño seeds removed, minced
- 1 1/2 bunch cilantro finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- salt to taste
Place the onion and jalapeno in the mortar (bowl) and use the pestle to crush them as best you can.Add in the avocados and mash until you get a consistency you like.Stir in the cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Serve.
