CHOP. Chop a handful of fresh spinach, packed 1/2 cup parsley, packed 1/2 cup basil, 1 tablespoon fresh chives.
BLEND. Combine all greens in a high speed blender, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, nutritional yeast, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons water adding more if needed to desired consistency.
ADD. salt + pepper to taste + an optional sweetener to taste
ENJOY. Enjoy as a potato topping, over pasta like pesto, drizzled over your favorite bowl, or even in place of salad dressing!
